EmPower HR created a job ad campaign and posted it on our AI driven, recruitment marketing platform. The team then created a strategic ad campaign. Thirty-seven candidates applied for the job. Seven of the candidates met initial screening qualifications and five were interviewed by our team.
After the interview, the recruiting team wrote up highlights from the conversation, indicated if the candidate met the key required skills and traits and discussed the candidates with CaptionLabs. CaptionLabs chose to interview two of the candidates extending a job offer to one.
