$3,600 Ad Spend Delivers New Hire In One Month For CaptionLabs

CaptionLabs wanted to hire a Spanish translator to create closed captioning for TV Christian Ministry programs. The translator had to be a native Spanish speaker with a very solid knowledge of Biblical terms and their proper thought-for-thought translation. They had to have bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English and ability to research subject matter to develop a deeper understanding and knowledge. This was a new position for the company as they didn’t feel that the captioning provided by their outside translation company was accurate to their high standards.

The Results

EmPower HR created a job ad campaign and posted it on our AI driven, recruitment marketing platform. The team then created a strategic ad campaign. Thirty-seven candidates applied for the job. Seven of the candidates met initial screening qualifications and five were interviewed by our team. After the interview, the recruiting team wrote up highlights from the conversation, indicated if the candidate met the key required skills and traits and discussed the candidates with CaptionLabs. CaptionLabs chose to interview two of the candidates extending a job offer to one.
